A Little About Me & AMP

Hello, and welcome! My name is Ashley Mann, I am an independent contractor and offer services for provider credentialing amongst all types of healthcare professionals. I have been specializing in this field since early 2013 after I moved back from Hawaii. I've done credentialing for an array of specialties, such as DC, LMT, RDN, L.Ac., PA-C, MD, ARNP, Behavioral Health Providers, counselors/therapists, and more. I truly enjoy what I do and I believe that my work is essential for providers because professionally, it allows them to do what they do best: optimally focus on treating their patients.

I work within all states of the US and am currently servicing 18 of them. Whether you are a newly licensed provider, established provider, a solo-practice, single or multi-specialty group, I am here to aid with your credentialing.

I credential for an array of insurance companies, for example: Regence BCBS, Aetna, Optum/UHC, FCHN, TriWest, TriCare, American Specialty Heath, PacificSource, Evernorth/Cigna, MODA, Providence, etc.

*Medicaid credentialing is only offered for providers enrolling in Oregon State and Wisconsin*

I utilize online provider portals such as Availity, PECOS, NPPES, CAQH, Provider Express, ASHLink, and many more for credentialing related matters. In addition to completing the initial credentialing to get you contracted, I also maintain attestations in portals, verifications of provider directories as required by insurance companies, and complete re-credentialing when it is due. This also includes keeping track of renewals for credentials, malpractice liability insurance, and other miscellaneous tasks related to credentialing. (Please note, I do not handle any billing matters.)
